Since July 2015, Céliance is an independent auditing firm accredited by the Commission for the Supervision of the Financial Sector (CSSF) in Luxembourg. We can meet your needs in a personalized way, study your requirements in depth.

Céliance ensure the follow-up of the oversight mandate provided for by the Luxembourgian Commercial Code.

Since November 2018, Bertrand Grabisch and Alexandre Harmand, the founders of Céliance, have been certified Experts in Business Valuation by the Company of Financial Advisors and Experts (CCEF). Bertrand Grabisch is a member of the College of Expert Reviewers. Their expertise is complemented by an experienced team in the area.

Since July 2016, Bertrand Grabisch, the co-founder of Céliance, has been certified as an expert in injury assessment by the Company of Financial Advisors and Experts (CCEF). Our team consists of experienced consultants to help you implement an effective asset strategy that meets your needs.

 

The Céliance team consists of chartered legal experts at the Superior Court of Luxembourg, but also the Court of Appeal of Metz and the Administrative Court of Appeal of Nancy.
