We are looking for a Finance and Administrative assistant for our office in Luxembourg.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Finance and Administrative Assistant, speaking, English and French, ideally with a first experience in a similar environment, you will provide administrative support to our teams of client advisors, accountants and clients. You will :

  • Manage and follow up payments on behalf of clients;
  • Manage the agenda;
  • Maintain confidential files;
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately;
  • Be a key point of contact people can rely on;
  • Anticipate your Executive’s needs to save time and efficiency;
  • Coordinate signing of documents;
  • Be the point of contact between the team and clients and/or banks;
  • Perform various daily tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, managing emails, post and phone calls;
  • Participate in the day-to-day bookkeeping;
  • Participate in the accounting of bank statements;

 

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work flexibly and independently with deadlines
  • Experience in supporting a CEO or Executive
  • Professional business manner with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Awareness of the need to be discreet and tactful to maintain confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and French

  • BOB50 knowledge is considered as an advantage
